Clear Bag Policy:
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).
Any bag, clutch, or fanny pack larger than 6" x 9" will NOT be allowed into the venue unless it is clear. The maximum size clear bag allowed is 12"x12"x6" (roughly the size of a backpack). Staff will be stationed at the gates to ensure bags meet these size requirements. Any bag deemed too big must be returned to your vehicle. See below for more information on the venue's clear bag policy.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the venue include, but are not limited to:
- Lawn Chairs
- Weapons of any kind / Knives
- Outside food or drink, except factory sealed water
- Large Bags/Backpacks that aren't clear and larger than the palm of your hand
- Alcohol
- Coolers of any kind
- No torch style lighters/lighter fluid
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Cans
- Aerosol Sunscreen
- Laser pointers
- Glow sticks
- Strobe lights/flashing lights of any kind
- Animals (except service animals)

- Large umbrellas
- Strollers/Wagons
- Selfie sticks
- Go Pros
- Tablets/iPads
- Spike jewelry/Wallet chains

Items that are ALLOWED to be brought into the venue:
- Clear Bag/Totes - no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
- Small Clutch Purse - no bigger than 6" x 9"
- Fanny Packs - no bigger than 6" x 9"
- Factory Sealed Water Bottle - up to one gallon per person or empty bottle to fill inside (NON-FROZEN)
- Reusable Water Bottle - must be empty upon arrival, metal hydroflasks are permitted (water stations are available in the venue)
- Camel Packs - must be empty upon arrival
- Blankets
- Cameras - non professional only, no detachable lens
- Non-Aerosol Sunscreen
- Small tote/parasol umbrellas
- E-Cigarettes & Vape Pens ONLY IN PLAZAS AND LAWN AREA
- Personal Misting Fans - must be empty upon arrival
- Signs/Posters no larger than 12”x12” (approx. the size of a vinyl record)

General Parking Guidelines
- General Parking - For most shows, general parking is included in the price of your ticket. The parking lots typically open 2 hours prior to the stated show time.
- Accessible Parking - Accessible Parking is located in the southwest corner of the upper parking lot or in the lower level lot (very limited.)
- Motorcycle Parking - Motorcycles can park in the upper parking lot in the southwest corner. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
- Premier Parking - Can be purchased on our upgrades page or at the entrance to the Premier Parking lot. Premier Parking can only be purchased with credit card - cash is not accepted.
- VIP Parking - Located in the lower lot by the VIP entrance. Limited overflow parking is available in the main level lot. Season ticket holders must have parking credentials displayed.
TAILGATING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENUE PARKING LOTS. Fans will be ticketed if caught tailgating in any of the venue parking lots.
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event, or after, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory-sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size. Refillable plastic water bottles are permitted.* Camelbaks are permitted, but must be empty upon arrival.
Water fountains are located near the north and south plaza bathrooms.

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes by our box office. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.
Yes! Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
Live music is for everyone! All of our events are All Ages. Children 11 months and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap.
Yes, as long as they are no larger than 12” x 12”. Signs larger 12” x 12” are not permitted due to the potential to block other guests’ view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not a distraction to the artists.

We do! All Lost & Found items will be turned into our Guest Service booth (north plaza) the night of show. If additional items are found during the cleaning process, they will be turned into our administrative offices. All Lost & Found items will be held at the venue for 30 days until items are retrieved.
Lost & Found will be open Monday – Friday between the hours of 11am – 3pm. Please call ahead and we will gladly check to see if we have your item. You can reach us at 505-452-5100.
Re-entry is not permitted at Isleta Amphitheater. Please ensure that everything you need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
First Aid is located in the north plaza in our first aid building. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assists with any issue you encounter. We have ambulance on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed.
If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please go to the north plaza at security and our medical staff will assist you.
If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so we can ensure proper medical disposal.
In the event of a cancellation, guests will be contacted directly via email.

Isleta Amphitheater does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, an option would be to contact our Premium Seating department at 505-452-5103. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate parties larger than the standard ticket limit.
